Catalyst Development Services has extensive trading experience on a range developments, not merely conceptual or theoretical experience. This includes sound commercial acumen, financial management, delivery and trading experience and negotiating for real, on-the-ground outcomes. This is critically important as great ideas need to be founded on sound business strategy. Importantly, they also need to be fully realisable, with thorough planning, consideration of risk and development of key partnerships to facilitate this.
Passion for Excellence
Catalyst Development Services has been involved and delivered on many of the more innovative residential communities in Victoria over the past 20 years. These include Mount Atkinson, Caroline Springs, Atherstone and Laurimar, but also directly representing landowner interests for Orica, the Five Farms development in Clyde North and management of the Wollert North Infrastructure Consortium.

Sean prides himself on building strong relationships within the property industry. Sean believes that through positive and transparent relationships, collaboration and by thinking outside the box, successful, feasible and sustainable projects can be realised and delivered.

Catalyst Development Services was founded by Sean Pinan in Melbourne in 2016 to provide a full array of advisory services and development expertise to the property industry.
​
Sean Pinan has extensive experience in the master planning, structuring and delivery of major residential communities across the growth areas of Melbourne.
​
Sean, through his former roles as Project Director and Regional Development Manager at Lend Lease, has been involved in significant city shaping developments such as Caroline Springs in the west and Laurimar in the north.
​
Sean is a non executive board member and Vice President of the UDIA Victoria and chairs the Residential Greenfield Committee.
